These remain the key messages that are meant to motivate so many of us throughout our lives, it is no wonder we have normalized the 70-hour work week. While the message is the same, the changing environment means that no matter how hard we work, our future place in the workforce cannot be guaranteed. What does it mean to build resilience into your professional life? What are some ways we can do it? And how will we know if what we are doing is working?
Paul will share his experiences, the highs and the very lowest of lows, on how he has done it over the years, and what we know about how this can help you as we look ahead to the future.
